About
First Responder CPR is a licensed provider of American Red Cross training courses and compliance programs. We are striving to shift the paradigm around learning lifesaving skills. Our goal is to empower student leaders to teach their peers the skills necessary to save a life. Our hope is to facilitate peer to peer learning that will inspire confidence in Teenagers to take action in face of an emergency.
My name is Will Griffin, cofounder of First Responder CPR. I am originally from Cincinnati Ohio, but now live in Vermont where I am a student at Middlebury College. I am an avid rock climber and my favorite park is Red River Gorge. My journey as a Red Cross instructor started a year ago, and since, I have taught many classes. Recently, I endeavored to become an EMT and have gained experience working at a local fire department and patient transport service.
My name is Ella Griffin and I cofounded First Responder CPR. I am from Cincinnati Ohio and a senior at Walnut Hills High School. In my free time I enjoy golf, squash, and the outdoors. My brother and I are life long Bengals fans and were inspired to start this company after witnessing Damar Hamlin, a Bills player, go into cardiac arrest. I began teaching Red Cross Courses in January of 2024 and have certified over 100 students since then.
