1. How do I access my online portion?

To access it, follow these steps and if it doesn’t work, contact a representative after 24 hours: Step 1: Log into the Red Cross Learning Center at: https://www.redcrosslearningcenter.org/s/login/startURL=%2Fs%2F%3Ft%3D1652371639903
Your Red Cross Learning Center Username is the email you signed up with.
Step 2: Enter Your Password. If you do not have or remember your password, you can click on Forgot password link to set up a new password
2. How do I reschedule my training?

3. Are there fees associated with cancelling/rescheduling?

Yes. If you cancel 48 hours before your training, a $20 transaction fee will be deducted. If you cancel between 48-24hours before your training, a $30 transaction fee will be deducted. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or don’t show up to your training, a $40 transaction fee will be deducted.

4. Do I need to bring anything for the training?

No, just finish the online materials prior to the class!

6. How do I find my certification?

Go to https://www.redcross.org/take-a-class/digital-certificate and either input your email, or your first/last name and the month of your training.
